TAI CHI AND MEDITATION
Organised by Tai Chi Life Academy and Tai Chi La Palma
Weekend of 30th and 31st May 2026
Taught by: MaryLou Gabbert and Theresa Roll (USA)
MaryLou Gabbert and Theresa Roll, from the American Tai Chi Academy (ATCA), will be teaching this weekend Tai Chi workshop for us here in the Canary Islands this year. They are first-generation students of Master Moy from the 1970s and both served on the board of directors of the Taoist Tai Chi Society of the United States for 30 years before founding the ATCA in 2021.
Schedule:
Saturday from 10am to 1pm and from 2pm to 5pm Tai Chi.
From 7pm to 9pm Meditation, Bagua, Chanting.Sunday from 10am to 1pm and from 2pm to 5pm Tai Chi.
From 7pm to 9pm Sabre & Lok Hup Ba Fa.
Approximate contribution for the workshop (non-profit):
One day approx. £44 GBP (€50) includes light lunch
Two days approx. £70 GBP (€80) includes light lunch
