Understand distinct methods developed by Mr. Moy, to apply to your practice, to gain and share the benefits of Taoist alchemy.
Organised by Tai Chi Life Academy and Tai Chi La Palma
Taught by: Mehrab Khan (Canada)
Mehrab is a senior instructor with the CanadianTai Chi Academy who teaches with an emphasis on the Taoist benefits of our Tai Chi as taught by Mr Moy.
The workshop is designed to transform the body and movements gradually, so the session on the second day builds on what was started the previous day.
If you can only attend one day, please come on Saturday, as the session on Sunday requires prior preparation.
Contribution for the workshop (non-profit):
One day approx. £44 GBP (€50) includes light lunch and dinner

The workshops on the island of La Palma are located in San Pedro de Breña Alta. It is a small village with some holiday homes.
Everything is very close by: the airport, San Pedro, Santa Cruz de La Palma and Los Cancajos are all less than 15 minutes away by car.
How to Move
Tai Chi practitioners from La Palma will accompany visitors from the airport to their accommodation and also to the practice room, both on arrival and departure.
