International Tai Chi Workshop on the island of La Palma (Canary Islands, Spain)

TAI CHI and Internal Organs  

Organised by Tai Chi Life Academy and Tai Chi La Palma
 

Weekend of 30th and 31st May 2026

Taught by: Mehrab Khan (Canada) 

Mehrab is a senior instructor with the CanadianTai Chi Academy who teaches with an emphasis on the Taoist benefits of our Tai Chi as taught by Mr Moy.
 

Schedule:

• Saturday from 10am to 1pm and from 2pm to 5pm Tai Chi.      
                    From 7pm to 9pm Lok Hup Ba Fa.

• Sunday from 10am to 1pm and from 2pm to 5pm Tai Chi.
                    From 7pm to 9pm Sabre.

Contribution for the workshop (non-profit):

• One day approx. £44 GBP (€50) includes light lunch and dinner

• Two days approx. £70 GBP (€80) includes light lunch and dinner

The workshops on the island of La Palma are located in San Pedro de Breña Alta. It is a small village with some holiday homes.

Everything is very close by: the airport, San Pedro, Santa Cruz de La Palma and Los Cancajos are all less than 15 minutes away by car.
